Start your support session
Open your installed Precision Computer client, or download and run Precision.Connect within five minutes and confirm the server connection. If nothing opens, use the download fallback. Both choices use the same one-use connection. The download starts a temporary connection without installing a service. You may optionally reconnect for up to 24 hours after signing in to the same Windows account. Reconnecting requires your Windows sign-in; it does not provide access before sign-in or elevation.
